An enigmatic person performs a ceremony in front of the building of the German National Informa- tion Service (BND) in Berlin. The cryptographic language that a shaman can use to predict the future is in contrast with the speculations of contemporary forecasters. The different prediction techniques seem to coexist in people’s consciousness claiming a form of validity and influence their decisions even if some are based on scientific data, while others in an abstract primitive belief or are the products of controversial techniques. The work seeks to address in a poetic manner our relationship with the unpredictable at a time when the collective feeling is that the control of our life is lost or is not ours.
