“Rescue” reflects the creator’s view of modern reality.Influenced by the political and economic conditions that lead to wars and the misery of immigration, it functions as a“pain signal”. The society with instant guilt and perpetual embarrassment is unable to react to the perceived threat.

The violent departure from the birthplace and the forced effort to integrate into the unknown, make the existence of both the immigrant and the receiving society fluid and uncertain.

The symbolic use of a first-aid emergency blanket as a symbol of hope, salvation, degradation, and destruction associated with mourning, death or new life is used.
