They must have hope, invariably!
The street lottery seller is aware that he is “selling hope”. That’s the trade he is into and it’s the same for him and those who buy it from him. He doesn’t know which ticket will win. He walks his neighbor-hood, he knows people and people know him. He jokes and comments and circulates daily news. So he is bound by community customs and ethics. Μost people buy lottery
tickets when they feel hopeful and lucky. One told us that he once won a lot. He bought a hotel for his brothers. And they left him on the street.

Founded in 2013, BrowserBased Group is a practice oriented network research group from Amsterdam. BrowserBased reckon access still to be at issue with a growing number of connected devices, presently at about 20 billion.
Following that logic, BrowserBased pursue variety in access points socially, culturally and physically, from temporary enhancements of login windows, to modified WiFi routers that locally host shows, libraries and message boards, to co-organizing biennials based on NFC tags and QR codes or on occasions infrastructural adjustments. BrowserBased form a loose group and members co-operate based on affinity and grasp.
